This morning I got in a great 8 mile run as well as some upper body stamina work courtesy of beach Body on Demand. this time around it was the 21 Day repair extreme upper Camiseta AC Milan body. I’ve been trying to eat fruit or yogurt at night however that doesn’t always occur OR I eat those things when I’m 100% not hungry. I just have the worst night time snacking habit ever. Ever.
