New York Saturday

Saturday morning I slept in a bit (much needed after the red eye the night before!) however woke up in time to satisfy SkinnyRunner at City sports for a shake-out run.

It was expected to be 2 miles, however we ended up doing 3.5. I typically don’t run the day before a marathon, however I wasn’t going for time at the race so it was okay.

We are rather the pair of #fail runners this weekend – I failed to remember my Garmin for the marathon as well as she lost her bib after the expo. #GetItTogether

The event was held by Mizuno as well as they provided everybody a tee t-shirt that you might personalize. SR talked me out of getting the lyrics to Wrecking sphere on my tee so I went with plan B.
