1. Run a sub-four hour marathon.
Update: Not yet. A huge part of my plan to get quicker is to lose weight. I ended up quitting my attempt at Body forever since eating every 3 hours was making me a bit as well obsessive. But, I did boost my protein intake as well as feel a great deal better!
I am going to focus on a higher protein mainly vegetarian diet plan for the rest of the year. Going ahead I’m recommitting to 2 things to get these last 10 pounds off:
1. only eat when hungry – focus on Intuitive Eating. As in, eat when I’m at a 2 or 3 on the hunger scale as well as determine fatigue, stress, loneliness.I have to be all in with this for it to work.
2. plan 1 healthy snack for the afternoon. I am never hungry for dinner. Ever. This is since I feel a bit hungry as well as spoil dinner with a huge snack. Every day.
Training smart – I’m going to begin my marathon Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Serbia training program in a week as well as a half! Ah! So you can comply with together with this journey
2. Make RER better.
Update:Nope, still just one more random blog by some woman who likes ice cream as well as taking photos of her cat. Sorry internet.
